It begins with a phone call where we’ll listen carefully to what you’ve liked in the past and what you’re excited about for the future. And when you don’t know what you want, we have the expertise and know-how to help guide you. We will learn about your travel preferences, interests, and budget and explain how we can make it a reality.
We will share information with you at this time regarding our planning fees which begin at $200. We do not charge a fee for hotel and cruise bookings if you already know your hotel and dates of stay.

Once you decide to work with us, we will begin the design process, collaborating with our destination, hotel, villa, yacht/cruise, and aviation partners to craft a comprehensive travel proposal for each element of your trip.
Research & Design

You will review the proposed itinerary and provide feedback. Pricing and terms & conditions of booking will be provided at this stage. We will either begin booking your services or we will work with you to make changes ensuring the trip matches your travel goals.
Once the itinerary has been decided, you will be provided an offer for travel insurance to safeguard your vacation investment. It is highly recommended but not required.
Review/Revise & Reserve

We will stay in regular contact with you throughout the planning process to keep everything on track. Your complete itinerary and necessary travel documents will be sent to you 3-4 weeks prior to departure. Most itineraries will include access to a digital app to keep you on track while traveling.
Prepare for Departure

Now, all you have to do is enjoy yourself. Should you have a “hiccup” along the way, rest assured you will have support on the ground and back home. When you return from your trip, we’ll be eager to hear your stories and gather feedback. We might even begin to discuss your next adventure.
